Where can I buy Euro in Accra?
At any of the twelve Perebrim member bureaux, from New Town to Spintex Road. Each holds its own Bank of Ghana licence. Bring photo ID, and call ahead for large amounts so the notes are ready.
Why is this different from the rate on Google?
Search engines quote the interbank mid-rate, which banks use to trade with each other in millions. A bureau buys a little below it and sells a little above it. Ours are published every trading morning at 06:30 GMT.
